Loretta M. Berry is devoted to the Outdoor Advertising industry. She began her business career serving as traffic manager for a few small Hartford based ad agencies. In 1975, she joined Griese Companies, a privately owned Outdoor Advertising firm in New England. After eight years, in 1983, Loretta's entrepreneurial spirit arose and Out of Home America was founded.
Loretta is active in mentoring women entrepreneurs. She is an avid gardener, a sailor, a dog lover and a Block Island "beach bum".
President & CEO
Jon Selame took over as President & CEO of Out of Home America in January 2012. Prior to purchasing OOHA, Selame led Merger & Acquisition activities at Global Advertising Strategies, a New York City-based full service advertising agency.
In August 2012, OOHA Purchased Wilkins Media Company. The combined organization, now known as OOHA Wilkins, is the largest independently owned OOH media agency.
Jon holds a Masters in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Finance and Economics from Franklin and Marshall College.
Jenelle joined ooha in 2008 and currently works with many of our banking, automotive and retail clients to manage their out-of-home campaigns nationwide. She researches, plans and implements media programs tailored to her clients’ specific needs.
Jenelle graduated from Bryant University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
In her “down time”, she enjoys traveling, hiking, painting, and cooking.
Melissa joined ooha in 2006. Her responsibilities include market research, client liaison, and proposal development. She is in constant contact with clients, outdoor companies, and agencies to ensure the integrity of each client's out of home advertising programs.
Melissa graduated from The University of Connecticut earning a bachelor's degree in Communications.
Anthony is a proven financial leader and brings to OOHA and Wilkins Media over 25 years of accounting and finance expertise. Anthony was previously CFO of Bluewolf.
Anthony is active in the community and coaches little league baseball.
Hilary joined OOHA and Wilkins Media in 2012 and helps to keep the accounting department running smoothly. She previously served in the accounting departments of several Hartford area firms.
Hilary enjoys trips to Cape Cod.
As Production Director at Out of Home America, Michael Goodrich is in constant communication with the advertising agencies, vendors and outdoor companies that compose the outdoor advertising community. His responsibilities include providing design specifications to artists, quoting all production jobs, selecting vendors and tracking local, regional and national outdoor advertising programs.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a specialization in Graphic Arts. In his spare time he enjoys making his own wine and custom candles.
Director of Sales
Moira's advertising career started in the media department at BBDO in New York, working on major accounts including Unilever and Sheraton.
After BBDO, Moira moved to Boston where she worked in broadcast media spcializing in programming, sales, promotion and copywriting.
In 1994, Moira joined Out of Home America as an Account Executive. Since then, she has helped clients and agencies implement countless successful Out Of Home campaigns all over the country.

Senior Vice President, Business Development
Tom comes to OOHA with over 22 year experience in media and marketing with the last 16 years specializing in the outdoor advertising industry. Tom most recently served as Global Brand Director for Billboard Connection where he oversaw the growth and development of OOH Media agencies in five countries including Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and the US.
Tom worked in New York City as a National Account Executive for some of the industry’s most recognizable media companies such as Clear Channel Outdoor, Van Wagner Outdoor and Medallion Taxi Media. In 2003 Tom joined Global Outdoor Services to open their South East office offering media planning and buying assistance to clients and agencies throughout the South East.
Tom has worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands and has executed media campaigns on local, regional and national levels. Tom received a degree in Business Management from the State University of New York and is a member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America and the Outdoor Media Association of Australia. Tom enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, boating in the summer and skiing in the winter.
